Sanja Bosman

Sanja Bosman currently serves as the Director of Student Supports at Endeavor Charter School in Raleigh, North Carolina, where she leads the school's MTSS, Wellness, and Exceptional Children's teams. Prior to joining Endeavor, she worked in DC Public Schools for fourteen years, at both the school and Central Office levels.

Ms. Bosman began her career in education as a Teach for America corps member at Gentry High School in Indianola, Mississippi. There, she served as a high school special education teacher and track and cross country coach. From 2010-2019, Ms. Bosman worked at Stanton Elementary School in Washington, DC. During her time at Stanton, Ms. Bosman held multiple roles, including Assistant Principal (2013-2019), Director of Intervention and Assessment, and Special Education Coordinator. In her role as AP, Ms. Bosman managed school-wide data systems, led the school's intervention efforts and community partnerships, and, through collaboration, revamped the school's approach to culture systems, discipline, and restorative justice. From 2019-2023, Ms. Bosman worked in the DC Public Schools Division of Specialized Instruction, as a Manager of Special Education Accountability. She served as a member of the Cluster Support Team, working closely with her instructional superintendent and content specialists to provide coaching and consultation to forty five elementary schools and leading training for special educators, general educators, and administrators for all District schools. She was also responsible for creating guidance to support schools in their implementation of IDEA and state-level policies. Ms. Bosman has specialized expertise in behavior, social-emotional development, special education law and policy, MTSS, and data-driven instruction.

Ms. Bosman holds a Master's degree in Special Education, with a focus on High Incidence Disabilities, from Vanderbilt University and a B.A. in English from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was a Coca Cola scholar and an Aubrey Lee Brooks scholar, and a member of the varsity fencing team. In her spare time, Ms. Bosman enjoys playing softball and flag football, spending time with her family on the North Carolina coast, and traveling.
